Lovely location close to beach, renovated unit, modern and comfortable, self-contained, attentive hosts.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We stayed Jul 11 in 24b. The hotel is listed as a '1' Star and priced to match, but the attention to details is much higher than this. The owner is chatty, knowledgeable and very willing to help. She tries her very best to make sure you enjoy your stay. The room is clean, the a/c is free and working, the kitchenette and bathroom are ok. There is a nice size balcony and good mosquito screens available on all doors and windows,. Small details made us like this hotel even better. Double plug adaptors in each electric socket, washing-up liquid & a little coffee already there among other items. You feel you are being cared for. Mid- town location (beach easy walking), parking on the street. A great bargain overall. Recommended
The beds are not great, but fine for the price. There is no elevator, but 2 floors is not such a big walk for most people.

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the beach and not that far from Mt. Olympus. The room wasn't hot during the day or the night, we didn't need air conditioning. The rooms had almost everything that we needed.

Very nice woman! And a good location in the village: reasonably quiet and near the beach and restaurants.
Unfortunately the village is full of tourists and only for tourists. You have to like that, and we didn't...

Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The breakfast offered plenty of food options and the staff was always very attentive and kind. Location was also very convenient, as it was located close to the beach and the town center, which made it easy to move around. the room was quite spacious and comfortable, and it had a modern design that made it look and feel cozy.
Rooms were not very soundproof, we could hear noises from other rooms and the street during the night, which made it hard to sleep. the beach was quite crowded and the water was not that clear, which was a bit disappointing.

Nice beach town with nighttime activities (ie. Eateries, shopping).

The rooms were clean and spacious, with new furnishings. the balcony was big enough to sit outside for breakfast. the hotel is close to both the beach and the town center, so it was easy to get around.
The beach had too many people and the water was not clear, making it difficult to swim. We also found the lack of an elevator challenging as we were on the third floor, and it was tough carrying our luggage up and down.

Katy the hostess is extremely friendly and welcoming
The area of olympic beach only has enough to entertain for a few days - we only went because we were climbing mount olympus - if you're looking for a lively beach holiday head elsewhere

We took the rooms in Ouza (it was much more lovely, with a lot of flowers) even though we booked at the hotel Ouzas. Mrs. Kathy Ouzas was very nice, and if we needed anything, she helped us. The room was nice with a large balcony and a beautiful view. All cards for such hospitality and hope to return soon !

I recently had an amazing stay at a hidden gem in Greece. The hotel is situated in a quiet street, but still just a stone's throw away from the bustling center of town and the beautiful sandy beach. The recently renovated rooms were absolutely stunning, both inside and out. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast, with a variety of local specialties served each morning. this hotel offers great value for money, exceptional attention to detail, and a convenient location.
Absolutely nothing to complain about, flawless experience.

We booked at the Ouzas but got room at the Ouza 1 (3.rd street instead of 2.nd - but same fantastic serviceminded and smiling owner! :-). Beautiful entrance area, marvellous big family apartment with two nice, spacy and clean rooms with A/C and a big balcony towards the backyard. Clean and very well functioning bathroom. No noise from traffic or bars, and only two minutes walk to the great beach and the main street with a lot of restaurants and shops. Supermarket with all you need just around the corner. Much more value for money than we expected - a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday!
The hotels in the center of the city is crammed together, so towards the backyard you have view only to the balconys of the other hotels (mainly the other Ouza-building), but really no big issue at all.

The hotel is offering very good facilities for a family (3-4 people) and located close to the beach. The owner was very kind informing us about the region and opportunities for visiting most interesting places.
Is not the case
